That's what you do for a kindle eReader, but for an ipad, the book's cover still shows even if the book is not on the device. (It's the same for the Kindle Fire's in the book's tab's section when in the "cloud" only. Me thinks that if you have it on "device"only, on the Fire, the book won't show.) Anyhow, that doesn't help the iPad user. Maybe if you put the book in a collection, on the iPad, that would help hide the cover from view.

Hold down picture icon until it asks if you want to delete it from this device. It's still on Amazon.Sue 🍀`'•.¸*♫♪(✿◠‿◠)♫♪*¸.•'´(♡) sent from my iPad Air ♡)¸.•'´*♫♪(✿◠‿◠)♫♪*`'•.¸
When using the Kindle app on iPad, is there a way to not have a book show? I like to remove the cover of the book once I read it. The only thing I can figure out is the delete it completely on Amazon. But I don't want to not be able to re-download it.Anyone know how to do this?ThanksSusan
