PocketMoney has an app for iOS (ipads), Android, Linux, Windows and OSX.
You buy the app for the tablet you have, and then buy the desktop version for the desktop machine you have and sync the two together. Works quite well on all the platforms.
And they have a trial of the desktop version which has the same look and feel of the tablet version.
