It doesn't affect any device or OS. It's a vulnerability that has hit the servers of the web sites. They are stealing your information on the other end. For instance if you visit Yahoo.com and the site has not been patched your personal information like passwords, could be collected. Much like the breach at Target last year, it has nothing to do with what kind of card you are using. Information was being stolen out of the Target system. Once the site is patched you need to change your password as it may have already been stolen, but not until the site is patched.
