It represents a *serious* vulnerability.
Google "test for heartbleed" to find websites where you can check the URL's of the sites you visit; if they *are* secure, change your password.
(If they are NOT secure, there is no merit in changing your password yet; in most cases you will never know whether a presently-secure site *was* insecure, but is now fixed, or was never insecure.)
