My problem with using my iPhone 5 in my Ford is that I can access my phone through Sync as normal, but I can no longer get Text Messaging through it. It now says that my phone is not Bluetooth capable. I used to be able to get text messaging with Sync, but since the update to iOS 7, no longer. I sent a message to Apple and waiting to hear from them.

My iPhone (5S) automatically connects with my Ford C-Max Energi as soon at the car is started; whatever was last playing starts right up.
No aspect of that connections or automaticity changed with 7.1
