Which "new itunes" are you talking about?
I'm on Windows8 (64-bit) and I've just recently upgraded to iTunes
11.1.4.62 and have not encountered any missing .dll or problems of any sort.
I didn't remove anything and the newest version I know about installed
just fine.
Is there a newer version of iTunes for Windows?
