I upgrade every version, that just me. I like tech, I like the latest thing. But, smartphones have been evolving, they get better and bigger and faster.
BUT, IMO they have reached maturity. The 5S will be boring, like the Galaxy 3 and 4. Very incremental, as a good smartphone is already fast, great camera, great video. I probably wont get a 5S as I cannot see any extra value. I didnt get an iPad 4 as no value over the iPad3
What I don't really understand is:
