Exactly. My 5 lasts well, so I know it is working well. If I use less, wifi is off at work, screen is lowish, I listen to music all afternoon, it lasts well. So, if I use it more and it lasts a lot less, that is life, not a fault or problem.

Depends upon what yu are doing a show bright your screen is and sometimes how many blinking location aware ads flash at you. What is your screen brightness?
