I'm pretty sure this has been discussed but, if so, I didn't pay much attention. My Kindle Fire battery is draining at an astounding rate....I can only read for a few hours before I get the signal. I just wiped it and didn't add any apps back....just the book I'm currently reading. I shut down the internet connection...still rapid drain. This Kindle is about a year old. Can I need a new battery already? Thanks for any suggestions or help you may be able to offer.
