I cannot simulate your problem !   Using my iPad I went to the Red Cross main site and just clicked on the Red Donate Now button…   entered $10.00  and it took me to the payment information site.   Perhaps if you start all over at the www.redcross.org website and try from there?

 

Or just donate to the Salvation Army  instead?   ☺

It is not blocking me, it s asking for a recipients address...huh? I just want to donate to the Red Cross not an individual. It will let me put in the amount but I can't get around not putting in a email address.

Are you using your iPad or a computer?  If a computer,  do you have Cookies turned off?  I normally keep my web browser set to NOT accept Cookies and every once in a while I get blocked on certain web pages before I remember to turn them back on.

The Red Cross site is the same as near as I can tell, it asks for a
recipients  email address and it won't let me bypass that part.
