Surely you have found Ravelry.com, THE social network for knitters and crocheters. That will keep track of most everything you want. There is a Ravelry app that will access your info from your ipad. Also if you haven't found "Knit Companion" it is also a must have app, particularly if your do lace project either from written instructions or charts. It is free to try, and 15.99 to add all your own PDF's of patterns you find anywhere.
Hope this helps.
