I tried this method a few months back but couldn't get it to work. Must have been doing something wrong. I'll give it another shot. Sure wish Evernote could come up with something simpler.

Not sure if anyone else has responded but I set up my iPad with Evernote Web clipper by using the instructions on this website. It works pretty well most of the tome, sometimes it takes a moment before it starts to clip but in the long run it works for me. There may be easier ways to set this up but this worked for me,
