One of the missing keys in the keyboard is the tab space. I had a long list of things and each had a number associated. So selected the entire text, then went into Pages formatted for a table, and pasted. Everything was in one colmn; I surmised that was because the thing name and number were space separated and not tab separated. So how put tabs in is the question.
