We have an SE30 downstairs in the dining room, on our home network! It doesn't get much use but I fire it up every now and then, just to see the kittens playing in the screensaver! We got it free of charge from University College London, who were having a bit of a clear-out about ten years or so ago. When we first turned it on, it had the well-known narrow strip in the centre of the screen with everything else blank, but my husband did some tinkering inside and got it working. I have a very soft spot for it, as our first Mac was an SE and I love the compact size.
Yep reminds me of when I bought my SE30. Hey just wait, there is a newer on just around the corner. After a month I said, hey I want my fun now. Bought it a week later. ;-)
