I have a paid for phone that is still locked. So the service provider, in effect still owns the phone. I understand that if the user is getting a price break on the phone that might validate locking it. Bur once the phone is paid for it should be unlocked.


Is there some reason that you haven't unlocked it, or had it unlocked by the carrier?
