Did you update to iOS 8 and this happened?
Or did it happen without that?
First thing I would do is a force reboot — hold down the On/Off button AND the Home button until the Apple log appears, then let it complete the reboot.
This may correct whatever the problem is, or it may come up with instructions on what to do next.
If you can get to Settings, you could try Settings — General — Reset — "Reset Network Settings" .
If you can do that, you will need to log-in to your Wifi network again.
