I'd say it goes to everyone's device very soon, then Apple staggers the alert to smooth out server time.. This was interesting. Today, while NOT connected to the internet (I wasn't near wifi) my iPhone informed me that software update to 8.0 was available... Wtf? Iran yea I'm still on the old OS but ummm how did it get to me? Internet is out in both towns and I wasn't anywhere near a hotspot.
Thoughts? Because I am baffled....
