The only ones being sold new, now, are the latest (iPad Air, the 5th generation) and the iPad 2. And of course the 2 iPad Mini's.

They both have the same physical screen size; the Air is lighter, thinner, with a narrower bezel, and a "Retina" display. The 2 has the lower-resolution display.
