Are you deleting it, or just closing the app? To close an app, double-click the Home button to reveal the multi-tasking screen (you can also do a 4 or 5 finger swipe in an upward direction, if you have the gestures feature turned on).
When you see the TuneIn app, just drag it up on the screen, and it disappears. That closes it.
