Hi BJ, with apologies, I must have downloaded a different free 7 minute workout. There were several choices on the app store. The iPhone app that I downloaded on my iPad is working at this moment. It got very high ratings, and I am quite happy with it. You might look into it. The one I have is from Uovo, is orange, and has what looks like a starter watch with a 7 in it. It's cool.

You can download the phone app version of the Apple Store app,
