Nice. It just seems to be so other device dependent from what I am gathering wherever I google. If the profiles were limited that's ok, but they have almost all profiles. And ok too that they disallow file sharing, no issue with that, but BT seems so standard with other phones but hit and miss with AppleFrom: Jim Saklad <jimdoc@icloud.com>

I've been driving a Prius for almost 5 years. I was delighted that I could pair my iPhone(s) with it, so that hand-free use was possible, using speakers and microphone built in to the car. But music? No.
I now am driving a Ford C-Max Energi, and as soon as I completed pairing the iPhone with the car, the car asked me if I wanted to import the phonebook from the iPhone. And if I go to the audio system, I can select a Bluetooth option, and my music or podcasts, are played by the car..
iPhone 4s.
2 years old.
