"I watch Neflix about 1 movie almost every night"
This will do it. Video is the largest bandwidth consumer.
One 1hr movie is about 1GB of bandwidth. So 6GB would have been used up since Tuesday for this alone. Since movies are typically longer than an hour, it is safe to assume this is the culprit.
Netflix is best used on a Wifi connection where usage is not metered.
Ask your neighbor how much Netflix watching they do.
You"ll find that it is not once a day.

I just got Verizon Home Fusion last Tuesday and already it says I've used 90% of my data, I got the 10 GB plan.
My neighbor who works at home only used about 7 GB a month, so what's going on?
I have a ipad mini and an ipod which I leave on during the day and power down at night, I have a wireless printer that's on all the time, I watch Neflix about 1 movie almost every night, and spend about 3 hours on the computer every day. I get about 40 to 50 e-mails every day.
I got data apps for my pod and pad and they said I didn't even use a GB between the two of them in a month.
Any advise would be appreciated.
