Well then, heck, phones need to get much bigger while staying pocketable.  Why carry a tiny phone-thing whose screen is much smaller than the smallest book and expect normal people to read on it?

For any record that needs filling in, the iPad mini is too small for me for reading.  The iPad is perfect, and I don't mind a bit carrying it around:

Hm, yes.  Most people are talkers (extroverts - iPhone), not readers (introverts - iPad).
