I stand behind the fact that food and water are needs. I may choose what I want to eat but mostly I eat cuz I'll die if I don't. And actually I eat because of science for the most part. I've always wanted nutrition in a pill because I find eating tedious. And sleeping. But. What I sleep on and what I eat are decisions based mostly on emotion. I agree there.

Food
Do you eat food the food you eat to stay alive? Burgers, prime cuts of meat, brands, etc, these are wants = emotion
Heat
Do you use electricity, heat pump. log burner, pellet burner? These are wants, you get one for the want reason
Water
Do you drink tap water? Bottled? Use the water in other drinks? Except tap water, these are wants, you can choose plain watr form a stream but you get others, so thats a want too
As I said, if you take this literal meaning of emotion, everything we get is emotional, apart from third world countries where people only eat, drink, and shelter to survive
