If your settings *in iTunes* tell iTunes to sync those Apps with your iPad, then they will be.
If your settings *in iTunes* tell iTunes NOT to sync those Apps with your iPad, then they will NOT be.
Connect the iPad to the computer.
Run iTunes on the computer.
Show the sidebar on the left.
Click on the iPad in the sidebar.
Click on Apps in the top of the main (Right) window in iTunes.
Use that list to determine which Apps to sync or not sync.
