I don't think anyone included an overly complicated interface as a feature. It is a distraction for me. Takes away the ease of use for those that are distracted. Adds to the fun for those want to play with the phone.

Android and iOS are the same style, a grid based UI. Android adds lots of clutter for my liking, I dont want to play with it, I want to use the Apps

So, I would remove the clutter and do the minimalist look, such as this

The website aims to duplicate iOS, my point is that Android is well featured, and the features are not the cause of the overly complicated comments that are said here, it is the UI comprising the widgetised homescreen, amateur colour pallette and the fonts used and the silly 2002 dumb phone icons. I wouldn't refer to an overly complicated user interface a feature. In fact, personally, I would call a complicated user interface a distraction or a fault.

I like the term "misfeature".....
