Well, what you've got there is a "intermittent failure". That means that the intermittent is not doing what it was designed to do. Take it back and get a replacement.

I did not see any answer to my question.
At times when I delete an email after reading it says the message cannot be moved to the trash. Does anyone have any idea why this happens? It does not happen all the time, only once in a while.
