I then opened CBS.com on Safari and when I click on watch that full episode, it gives me a message that the episode on not viewable on my device. But if I use my home computer and go to cbs.com, I can watch the full episode.
Even getting it on local channels here was difficult: the same network carries a LOT of sports events, and whenever they run over on Sunday evening, the regular programming gets delayed.
So I had to stay up an hour later to see it, over the air....
