That doesn't name the apps, Pete. The only apps listed by name are Apple apps - Contacts, etc.

Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > iPad and from there you can turn on the apps that you want backed up.
On the Manage Storage page you can also choose to have the backups done automatically.
