Give them a call and talk to a service rep. I did it after my bill went way up following a 3-year introductory offer. I was able to get a sizeable reduction in my rate without losing services I wanted. Sometimes all you have to do is ask for a better deal.

to reduce your internet bill?...i switched to comcast a couple years ago because i wanted cable internet service --- the bill has gone up astronomically ever since!
