To get you going until you get it fixed or replaced, you can bring up the home screen from sleep by pressing the On/Sleep button up top. Go to Accessibility settings and turn on Assistive Touch, that gives you a soft home button

Good Sunday to all fellow group members. I have an iPad problem and am hoping someone can help me. The home button on my iPad 2 has stopped working. I have to hit it at least 10 times to finally get myself out of an app or onto my home page. It happens all the time and almost started over night. I might have had a problem every now and then before but last night it started to happen every time I use it. It is almost useless for me right now because I can't get out of apps. I have tried closing all apps and doing a soft reset and neither worked. Does anyone have any idea why this would have happened or how I can fix it? Thanks for the help!!
