Is this just like any other video file you download?
Can't you just d/l like anything else on your computer?
Why don't you want to sync it from iTunes?
You would have to do it on whatever computer you're syncing other things
from but is that a problem?

I wonder if Downloader Elite will do this. I have used it to download video
from my personal website.
If not, Safari Download Manager will definitely work, but it requires a
jailbreak.

I purchased a digital "workshop", that if I click on my laptop downloads as
a 'mp4' file that I stored on my hard drive. If i click on the download link
from the iPad it just plays the movie. I'm not sure I'll have forever access
from the download site, so I'd like to actually download the movie and store
it on the iPad but can't figure out how.
Will I have to download iTunes on my Laptop and sync to get the movie to the
iPad. Is there any other way?
Thanks in advance for any tips, I just got an iPad3 for my birthday this
week and I have a lot to learn.
