My printer (Kodak ESP 5250 AiO) is not AirPrint compatible. Are there any printer apps that force it to be compatible, but do not require my PC to be on 24/7, to be able to print from my iPad 1?

I use Print N Share (plus I purchased the in-app add-ins) and print from
my iPad to my HPDeskjetPortable470 with the wi-fi dongle inserted.
