Can you make a screen grab to show your settings that ensure this will happen?  Obviously I haven't chosen the right settings.

As I told Larry, I did sync the ipad with the pc, but as far as I can see the Ipad stuff goes to the pc, but the pc stuff doesn't go to the iPad.

After you convert it with handbrake load it into iTunes. Then sync it to tour iPad.
