The Android market handles updates poorly. I have to update everyone separately. No way to update all apps in one command.
Also people are allowed to name their similar apps with names that are the same as other apps so they steal downloads. I don't like all of what Apple does, but I understand WHY they police the things they do.
Android Market does not categorize the market properly. If you don't know the exact name and developer (because of the copycats) you will have a hard time finding some of the apps.
All companies are still learning the app store biz, Apple is learning too!
