both bento and filemaker have huge template selections both corporate and community based.
also, IIRC calibre will convert html to epub, if its a straight html file, i have done html, txt and doc (again IIRC)

Finally, it has an actual users manual that you can keep on you iPad. In Bento's case it is web based.
