Re: [iPad] Syncing Outlook Calendar and iPad4

I sync Outlook (calendar, notes, contacts only, not mail) using the cable
iPad-PC/USB (that came with the device) as part of the normal syncing device
when I sync music, videos, etc. See the "info" tab when hooked up to iTunes.
(I have several devices but consider my iphone to be the primary calendar
source, i.e. if I want the same events on everything I have to remember to
do the phone first; mostly I don't care. My *actual* primary calendar
is...*on paper*!!!)

The sync process may alert you that "this will change more than xx% of
events on the computer" or something like. I sometimes make sure the
computer is up-to-date on all the info, then do a sync where I choose
"replace info on this device with what's on the computer".

I don't do any syncing by wifi or to/from any Cloud.

Subject: [iPad] Syncing Outlook Calendar and iPad4

I have a windows PC and an iPad4. I want to sync the calendar in Outlook to
the iPad. It appears I can either use iCloud or iTunes to do this. iCloud
I need to download software and have a wiFi connection (no problem) - to use
iTunes I need to have a iPad to PC USB cable. I am totally new to all of
this and would appreciate any recommendation as to the pros and cons of
either. I'm thinking I would prefer iCloud as it appear to sync seamlessly
but I also see where people are having problems with this and I have no
experience with this. I have iTunes on my PC already. So what would you
all recommend for the least invasive/least troublesome way to sync my
calendar from Pc to iPad? Thanking you in advance.
