Re: [iPad] The Rise of Artificial Intelligence Could Lead to Apple's Downfall - Forbes

While that may be true, I don't give all these analysts at these magazines and blogs that much credibility.  When it comes to tech they are mostly off the mark, especially with Apple.

These days the analysts are all a twitter since they've finally been able to affect Apple's stock price.  Frankly I read most of that as market twiddling and also a bit of trying to fulfill a long held belief among them that when SJ was gone, Apple would decline.

Keep in mind that the other way to spell 'analyst' is 'guesser'!  :)

Bit of a wake-up call for Apple, if they're listening.

I've never felt good about Tim Cook.  He exudes marketing.  Marketing - merchandising - is a necessary evil, not the essence of Apple.

I can totally understand where this is going. Big data. It's all about data and Facebook and google are winning.

Thoughts?
