I watch my big kitty, Mau, hisssssss at honeyB when honeyB jumps on Mau,.. and after the hisssss from Mau honeyB is totally unaffected and Mau jumps down. -------Original Message------- From: Carlee Marrer-Tising I have a book written by (I think) a vet named Fox-if I can locate it I can give you more spec. info. In any case, the writer also says to speak the cat's language, so that means meowing, growling/snarling, and hisssssssssing! And it actually works, too! My only problem with meowing is that I have no idea what I'm saying to the cat, nor do I understand his or her reply! LOL!!! With hissing, it's a different story. That's pretty clear. The loud "no" that you use with your dogs, Jim, also works pretty well with a cat, but not always. Unfortunately. ;-) | ||
