When have you become so paranoid? You are one of the nicest, most gregarious people I know. What happened to you?

Interesting that people haven't brought up the idea that animals are the research for what may (or may not) be for humans. If chipping works so well for animals, why not use them in humans? Do we really care what's on the chip other than what we've been told is on the chip? Conspiracy? Maybe but do we really know for sure?
It sounds like a good idea that a chip be inserted in every baby so that if they get stolen, they can be tracked down and the culprit caught. It sounds good to chip a senior so they can be found if they get lost. Yet, what about our privacy in our own homes? If one can be tracked down on the street when lost, one can be tracked down when in the shower or on the toilet. Laugh if you will but do you want your privacy taken away? We can go further and say since it doesn't matter who can find you wherever you are, lets set up cameras everywhere (even in homes) so that we can see what you're doing every minute of the day. That's already started (not in homes, yet). In London, there are cameras set up everywhere. The police and government can see where you are and where you've been. I don't like that.
Did we not fight WWII because of the beginnings of peoples rights being taken away? Do we really have a right to privacy?
