Re: [iPad] Is This The iPad Group..?/cell phone discussions

I do. It is on vibrate at work. I turn it off a lot. But when I am out in public other people's phones are intrusive. That I think was one of the main points, people's rudeness or inconsideration of others. Or maybe they just do not realize that at some point they are being annoying.

I could give out a dozen tickets in a one mile stretch of freeway to people talking on handheld phones. I advise my husband of which cars to look out for and to avoid.:-)

Oh well, such is the state of things today.

I also change the channel on the tv if there is something I do not like on. ;-)

Put the phone on vibrate or <gasp!> *turn it off* when you don't want to use

I am afraid so. But it is different than a cell phone for me. Cell phones
ring or buzz and intrude, but the iPad shows me what I want when I want. LOL
