Hi, I've looked at the possibility of using skype for making calls to US from Norway but the reviews of the Skype iPad app are so bad I've pretty much decided to buy an unlocked Samsung phone from Amazon and buy a sim card in Norway. Having never used this type of phone before, I have some questions that maybe somebody could answer:
1) Does the phone come with an established phone number or is that established when you insert the sim card?
2) Does the sim card come with a certain amount of time or monetary value on it?
3) Is it easy to increase the time/money allotment?
4) How much would you allow for making several calls 5-minute calls from Norway to the US?
