So, iOS as it stands at the moment is perfect? There is nothing that the users wnat added or remoed?

That is a generalisation. VLC Player is a widely known video player, respected. Why ban it? SBSettings is a jailbreak app, toggles 3G, Wifi, BT etc. Why ban it? It is exactly the type of app that Apple's way would support. Gives the user an easy, intuitive means to turn stuff on and off. To me, these are what the users want, that is Apple's way. These are not buggy or unprofessional apps, or apps that change the UI away from Apple's polished and consistent look.
