[iPad] Need some help syncing iCal - ended up with double entries

 

Hi, I hope somebody can help me unscramble my syncing. When I first synced my iPad with my MacBook my iCal entries were fine on my iPad. Yesterday I tried to set up iCloud so it would sync my calendar entries but I added a new entry yesterday on my MacBook which didn't appear on my iPad until this morning when I connected the iPad to the Mac with the USB cable. It synced all right, but now I have double entries in iCal on my iPad. OK you can all stop laughing now :). How do I get rid of the double entries and how soon should I expect a new entry to show up on my iPad when syncing via iCloud? Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Thanks. Joyce
