I have my list mail sorted into separate folders, so I want to keep those instead of it all going into the inbox. But other folders I have on the desktop are not needed on the iPad. I can control those on the desktop. I've run into another snag. Evidently I set up Yahoo mail when I got my first iPad2 and it had a different password then, which was changed recently. The old password keeps showing up and the only way I can tell is because the new one is longer. I deleted the mail account several times and set it up again with the new password but I can't get it to open because it shows the old password (not in actual letters, just dots.) I don't know how to fix this so Yahoo mail is useless to me on the iPad. I really don't want to change my email address for everything.

Email on the iPad has a completely different look than your pc. You won't even notice the folders unless you look for them. Try it and if you don't like it you can delete it. No harm done.
