There may be some use in reporting or remote teaching, probably
switching cameras, using Skype or similar services.

Although seclusive, I'm involved in politics. I have seen great use of
Skype in meetings having live connections with people abroad, but so
far I have only seen faces in front of webcams.
Using smaller two-camera devices (like iPhone or iPad) one could more
easily show the subject of the talk, be it the weather, uproar, the
new member of the family, or the internals of a desktop computer.

For remote teaching of matters involving software, apps transmitting
the screen rather than a camera view may well do better. (Switching
among cameras and the screen would be the ultimate.)
I wonder if Air Sketch is (or will be) among such software.

The iPad is a very versatile design. It may take yet another while for
us people to grasp the range of uses for its combined features, and
iOS may need to have limitations lifted to enable all these uses.
