[iPad] 1st Kernel Panic on my iPad

 

I didn't know kernel panics happened like on OS X. A gray shade effect from left to right without the white text and the iPad shut down. This happened while I was using the Formspring app (iPhone app at 2x). I hope its the app and not the iOS.

Are there any maintenance utilities for iOS, like Onyx for OS X? Anything to check directory status etc?
