Thanks Carliee! When my daughter was still little, it was our family tradition to skate at Rockefeller Center on New Year's Day. We usually got on the ice around 10:00 a.m. for an hour and a half session. Then we would visit Saint Patrick's Cathedral and then get a bite to eat. One particular year when we were at the church, we saw a person with a TV camera looking to interview people to see what their New Year's resolutions were. Me being a big "ham" wanted to get myself interviewed, and that evening we all saw each other on Channel 2 CBS news!

I love your picture of the Christmas tree and ice rink at Rockefeller Center, Vickie! It is just beautiful. When I was a little kid my dad went to New York on business and my mother and I got to go along! I remember getting to see Rockefeller Center and watching the ice skaters! So this is a wonderful picture to go with a lovely memory from my childhood. Thank you so much!Carlee-------Original Message-------Here's the Christmas tree and ice rink at Rockefeller Center!<image1.jpg>VickieSent from a spoiled little iPadHugs, love, and warmth back to you.
