That happened to me too. It'll cost you about $200 to get it fixed. Mine now is as good as new. They can really put Humptey back. Do a google for cracked ipad glass repair. There are quite a few apple repair outfits who do this repair. Mine was out of Concord, CA. Find one near you is best. They will make it better again...but sadly 2 bills to you...but hey, that's better than eventually cutting your fingers or having to buy another one. Cheers.

Thing still works, but he asked me for ideas on where to go to get it repaired. Would he be best off to let Apple handle it? Or are there 3rd party solutions that might be cheaper.
