| Yes, David, I update via iTunes, but my account is with the Swiss German iTunes (in German, not in English). If you open the iTunes store you will see your Apple ID, payment modality, billing address and right below this the region/country info. You can change this to any country you have an account in (at least, I think you need an account, but maybe not), but I don't know if you buy things in one country, for example, and synchronize in another, if that will leave things on your device that you have bought in the other country. I've never tried this. I also don't know if I could make the update using a U.S. account. Since the Swiss iTunes doesn't have English as a working language for synchronizing, I just don't know if that would work. We generally get our updates a bit later, as far as I know. That also goes for new devices. They are also available later here.  In any case, if anyone's interested, I can let you know when the update is available here.
